1. Important Dates

  • Full Paper Submission Deadline: 15 March 2026

2. Scope of the Conference

Authors are invited to submit original research papers in (but not limited to) the following areas:

1. Streaming Digital Transformation in Islamic Finance. Exploring the impact of digital technologies on Islamic financial products and services, including AI innovations.
2. Building Trust and Security in Financial Transactions. Focusing on trust, regulatory frameworks, and cybersecurity in digital Islamic finance.
3. Promoting Inclusive Economic Growth. Enhancing equitable access to financial services for underserved communities.
4. Integrating Sustainable Practices in Islamic Finance. Linking Islamic finance with SDGs and eco-friendly business models.
5. Collaboration Between Stakeholders. Encouraging partnerships among governments, financial institutions, academia, and civil society.
6. Setting Regulatory and Policy Frameworks. Developing secure and inclusive digital Islamic finance ecosystems.
7. Developing Innovative Shariah-Compliant Products and Services. Identifying emerging trends shaping the future of Islamic finance.

Submissions must present original, unpublished work and must not be under review elsewhere.

3. Paper Submission System

* Papers must be submitted electronically in Ms. Word format via following link https://forms.gle/3i1kDdaUkCbjhxJ36
* All submissions will undergo double-blind peer review.
* Authors must ensure that their manuscripts do not contain identifying information (names, affiliations, acknowledgements, etc.) in the review version.

4. Paper Formatting Requirements

Authors must strictly follow the formatting template provided on the conference website.

4.1 General Formatting

* Language: English
* Paper: *minimum 5000, maximum 7000 words, around 8 pages* (including figures, tables, and references)
* Page size: A4
* Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides
* Font: Times New Roman
* Main text size: 10 or 11 pt (according to template)
* Single line spacing
* Two-column format

4.2 Structure of the Paper

The paper must include:

1. Title (no author information for review version)
2. Abstract (150–250 words)
3. Keywords (3–5 keywords)
4. Introduction
5. Literature Review
6. Methodology
7. Results and Discussion
8. Conclusion
9. Acknowledgment (only in camera-ready version)
10. References

5. Figures, Tables, and Equations

* Figures and tables must be clear and legible.
* All figures and tables must be numbered and cited in the text.
* Use high-resolution images (minimum 300 dpi).
* Equations must be numbered consecutively and aligned properly.

6. Referencing Style

* Use APA referencing style.
* All references must be cited in the paper.
* Avoid excessive self-citations.

7. Review Process

* Each paper will be reviewed by *at least two independent reviewers*.
* Review criteria include:

* Originality
* Technical quality
* Relevance to conference themes
* Clarity of presentation
* Contribution to the field

The decision of the Program Committee is final.

8. Plagiarism Policy

* All papers will be checked using plagiarism detection software.
* Similarity index must be *below 20%* (excluding references).
* ⁠Strictly no acceptance of AI-generated copied content.
* Papers with unethical content or plagiarism will be rejected immediately.

9. Camera-Ready Submission

Accepted authors must:

* Revise the paper according to reviewers’ comments.
* Include author names and affiliations.
* Submit the final PDF and editable source file (Word or LaTeX).
* Complete at least one full registration.

Failure to comply may result in removal from the conference program.

10. Presentation Guidelines

* At least one author must present the paper at the conference.
* Presentation format: Oral
* Oral presentation duration: 15–20 minutes including Q&A.

11. Publication

* Accepted and presented papers (abstract only) will be published in IFESDC 2026 Conference Report.

1️⃣ Determine the Correct Visa Type

✅ B-1 (Business Visitor Visa)

The B-1 visa is appropriate for:

* Attending conferences, seminars, and professional meetings
* Giving presentations
